Return Window
You have 5 days from the delivery date to initiate a return. The item must be unused, unworn, and in its original packaging with all tags attached.
Eligible Items
Most items are eligible for return. Exceptions include: intimate apparel, swimwear (if hygiene strip is removed), and face masks for hygiene reasons.
Return Process
Call the Customer support system and inform them on the item you want to return.Note: All return and exchanges are done at the physical stores around Kamapala and those Upcountry the refund and exchange is done at the Pickup Station.
Refund Timeline
Once we receive your return, we'll inspect the items and process your refund within 48 hours . The refund will be issued to you through Mobile Money.
Exchange Policy
We offer free exchanges for different sizes or colors of the same item. Exchanges are subject to stock availability.
Return Shipping
Free returns are available for orders over UGX 100,000. For orders below this amount, a shipping fee of UGX 5,000 will be deducted from your refund.
